Portable Wall Operator
Escalade Rock Climbing Gym is hiring for a Portable Rock Climbing Wall Manager. Responsibilities including hauling the wall from our location in Kennesaw, Georgia to surrounding areas up to 100 miles away, staying at the location to set up the wall, assisting and training people how to climb. Truck and hitch are required for the position. Climbing experienced preferred but not required. Wall operation and climbing safety training included. Pay for the job is $10 an hour during Wall operation with transportation pay of $50 for up to 30 miles, $100 for 30-60 miles, $150 for 60-90 miles, and $200 for 90 miles or further.

Marketing and Sign Holder
$8 per hour - Sign holder needed to stand on corners during busy times. Also required to represent Escalade during local events by passing out info.

Week End Manager
$ depends on experience - Manager needed to Open and Close Gym, run counter and coordinate parties, events and day pass users. Management experience a must. Climbing experience helpful but not necessarily required.

Belayers
$ depends on experience - All belayers are hired from our volunteer belayer program during Family Night Saturdays 6-8pm. This gives us a chance to see how you work with people and also allows you to see if you would like the job long term. You will get 1 free daypass for each hour that you volunteer. Permanent employment will be offered to those who meet all requirements as the position comes available.
